Responsibilities:

1. Assist to manage eCommerce platforms and explore new platform(s) for assigned brands
2. Design and launch marketing and promotion programs for assigned brands
3. Manage daily orders and shipments in a timely manner
4. Handle customer's return orders and liaise with internal and external customers
5. Communicate with internal department for stock status update
6. Maintain good relationship with customers and handle customer enquiries/complaints
7. Conduct regular reports on sales performance and analysis for management review
8. Provide insights on latest trend and development for eCommerce business
9. Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by manager

Requirements:

1. Higher Diploma or above in Sales and Marketing or related discipline, Degree qualification is preferred
2. 1 to 2 years related experience in eCommerce industry
3. Presentable with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
4. Able to work independently in fast moving environment
5. Analytical and sensitive to numerical data
6. Detail, commercial-minded and good team player
7. Proficiency in PC operations including MS Office
8. Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
