Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Manager to develop strategies and detailed plans for executing projects and services to HKEdCity users to achieve company goals and KPIs;
• Oversee, develop, kick off and sustain projects and related online services for HKEdCity users;
• Plan and execute user engagement strategies to drive their cohesiveness of HKEdCity’s services;
• Collaborate closely with government bodies, educational institutes and organisations, schools and community groups for partnership establishment and cooperation opportunities;
• Design, manage and conduct a range of learning and teaching programmes for promoting ICT in Education and Innovative education for the education sector;
• Manage web contents, social media and community platforms and budget;
• Take up ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• A degree in Education, Chinese Language, Linguistics, Translation, Communication, or related discipline;
• Minimum 2 years project management experience, preferably in the fields of application of ICT in learning and teaching;
• Having knowledge of TPACK, experience in adopting Educational Technology in learning and teaching, and understanding of HK school curriculum will be an advantage;
• Proven skills in facilitation, design and implementation of seminars, workshops and lesson demonstrations;
• Passion for education and innovation;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with outgoing personality;
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
• Wide network with local and overseas educational business segment, schools, teachers and education bodies;
• Strong knowledge in social networking, web authoring and editing;
• Proficient in Microsoft applications;
• Proactive, creative; result-oriented, and skillful at multi-tasking;
• Be able to work independently, able to meet tight deadlines and be a good team player.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Project Officer.
