We are an education company based in Hong Kong, and now currently recruiting the following positions to join our team of Elite Educators!

Responsibilities:

 - Provide full spectrum of secretarial, executive and administrative support to Director

 - Perform general reception duties including answering enquires and client greeting

 - Provide general clerical duties such as data entry, invoicing, answer telephone enquiries etc

 - Co-ordinate schedules, appointments and bookings

 - Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory

 - Provide other administrative duties as assigned

Working Hour

 Monday to Friday: 1200-1900

 Saturday to Sunday: 1000-1900

(any two days off)

Requirements:

 - F.6 or above

 - Proficient in MS Office

 - Good communication and interpersonal skills

 - Responsible and hardworking
