Job Description
We are seeking a well-motivated person with business development background to play a key role in our eLearning solution business development. As a Business Development Executive in eLearning Product Team, you’ll be part of a team responsible for analysing, designing, and developing highly engaging learning experiences and solutions that will fuel our growth as an EdTech company. You will work with product and technical leaders across the organization to realize the product vision.
Job description:
- Promote Group's Education solutions and other products to schools in Hong Kong, Macau, China, and international in order to achieve growth of new business portfolio.
- Assist Manager to solicit, secure and to manage existing and new customers/users
- Introduce & market products to potential clients and to help ensure corporate BD objectives are met
- Assist in monitoring and reviewing current/potential market developments, working closely with BD Manager / BD team to implement effective sales and marketing strategies in order to achieve planned goals
- Participate in product marketing and development through ongoing team meetings
- Assist in overall organization and operation of trade shows, product demos, school presentations and other events locally to promote business and increase sales
- Feedback market developments (trends, requirements, competition) to Management for product development.
- Able to handle ad hoc assignments timely and professionally
Job requirement:
- Degree holder in Business Management / IT / Education or related disciplines.
- Min. 2 years’ relevant experience (preferably with new business development experience) in educational industry.
- Strong organizational skills, proactive, result-driven, independent, proven team collaboration ability with strong business sense.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills, a good team leader.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suites.
