We are looking for a responsible and experienced lady to manage the care and instruction of our two children between the ages of 5 and 10. Our family is from a bicultural and multilingual background. We are specifically looking for a Spanish-speaking candidate with a strong uprooting in the Catholic faith as this position is of a sensitive nature. Our preference is for candidates with previous experience of raising children in their own lives as well as experience in teaching and mentoring other people’s children. 

• Counseling children ’s homework and practice, reviewing and preparing relevant counseling materials for examination and test
• Behavior and discipline management
• A professional attitude which must be patient, attentive and able to guide the children, throughout their learning and development
• Collecting them from school and after-school activities etc.
• Establishing and maintaining good communications with parents at all times
• Ability to adapt to parental preferences and regarding to discipline, routines, activities etc.

Requirements:

•       Minimum 5 years' experience in a classroom environment
•       Passion for teaching and excellent communication skills
•       Ability to work independently, punctuality, demonstrable leadership qualities from past work    experience as will be required to liaise with domestic staff for the management of the household
•       Behave professionally and with discretion 
•       Ensure the children receive appropriate physical, emotional and educative care
•       Motivate and encourage the children to succeed
•       Provide pastoral care for the children as per Catholic principles of family 
•       Fluent command in written and spoken Spanish at university level or above
•       Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic
•       A high level of flexibility and adaptability
