Responsibilities:

• handle full range of new project or product development
• responsible for interpreting and converting our company design to real project or product
• identify and communicate on any feasibility issues in execution within any part of design
• inspect the mock up performed by suppliers or sub-contractors to ensure those are conformed to company design or requirement
• sourcing new trends or technologies in the industry
• select and develop new suppliers or contractors
• regular on site factory visit to assess supplier or contractors capabilities
• manage supplier or contractor performance and price negotiation
• communicate with different entities for project or product development

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in interior, engineering, building studies or other related field
• at least 5 years relevant experience in project management
• affinity and solid experience on sourcing different kind of materials
• experience in interior / event /  festival decoration for public area or shopping mall is preferable
• well-organized and details minded
• strong communicateand problem-solving skills; able to work and monitor with China suppliers or contractors independently
• proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• willing travel to China regularly
• immediately available is highly preferred
