Your Responsibilities

• Determine customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needs to obtain market information.
• Stay abreast of industry and competitor trends, and share insights and learnings across the group.
• Obtain product market share information by working with worldwide sales teams to develop product strategies.
• Play a key role in product discovery to ensure we are building usable, valuable and feasible products that customers need
• Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analysis
• Bring new products/ideas to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; prepare return-on-investment analyses; establish time schedules with Development Centre and sourcing team in Asia.
• Introduce and market new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and sourcing.
• Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.
• Drive tangible results by facilitating collaboration between teams and be the driving force that pulls people together to achieve the best outcomes
• Mainly station in Guangzhou/China
• Travel within China and overseas

About your qualifications & experience

• Bachelor degree in engineering or business discipline, and minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, working experience in China preferred
• Experience with technical products, outdoor leisure products preferred.  
• Good analytical, problem solving & motivating leadership skills
• Well-developed communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders of all levels
• Fluent in English, able to speak in Cantonese/Putonghua of advantage
