Job Descriptions

• Develop & implement sales strategies to meet business objectives;
• Member of Sales and Business Development Teams engaging in Plastics Industry;
• Coordinate with Suppliers, internal Technical Services Team, and Sales Departments for project development;
• Establish & develop long term relationship with key customers;
• Motivate Sales and Business Development team members to achieve company's objectives and sales targets;
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify future business prospects.

Key Requirements

• Degree holder in Engineering or Business related disciplines;
• At least 5 years working experience of which proven China working experience is desired;
• Sales and project development experiences in plastics industry is definitely an advantage;
• Good people management skills and be able to motivate team members to achieve targets;
• Well organized, excellent analytical and negotiation skills;
• Good command of both English & Putonghua (spoken & written);
• Station in Hong Kong;
• Frequent travel within Southern China is required.
