Job Description
- 负责数据挖掘、机器学习等人工智能领域前沿技术研究工作
- 针对实际的商业应用场景，提出算法和模型支持并开发系统原型
- 保持并推进百度在人工智能领域的领先地位
- 全球顶级名校数据挖掘、机器学习、信息检索、自然语言处理、语音识别等人工智能相关方向博士或优秀硕士
- 热爱学术研究，对AI相关领域有深入研究并有相关顶级学术成果发表（包括但不限于深度学习，强化学习，有监督学习，非监督学习，大规模优化，语义理解，问答系统，文本分类，图像分类，目标检测等）；
- 对现实问题有较强的数学建模能力，具有AI相关算法的深入实践经验；
- 精通至少一种编程语言，包括但不限于Python, C/C++, Java，GPU CUDA编程；
- 具有良好的逻辑思维能力，沟通表达能力，以及团队协作能力；
- 在计算机科学顶级会议和期刊发表论文者优先（包括但不限于KDD，ACL，SIGIR，WWW，NIPS, ICML, COLT, CVPR, ICCV, IJCAI, AAAI, TPAMI, TKDE，JMLR）；
- 具有顶级数据挖掘比赛（KDD Cup等）获奖经历者优先；
- 有大规模AI相关算法实践经验或项目经验者优先。
- Develop and perform cuttingedge research to advance AI stateoftheart. This includes but not limited to project planning, literature review, and developing proofsofconcept.
- Design worldleading AI algorithms and models to support the realworld business applications
- Communicate your research both internally among AI researchers and externally through presentations, publications, and open source contributions.
- Engage in team collaborations to meet research goals.
- PhD in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- A track record of influential AI research or a related domain, such as papers in top conferences or journals (include but not limited to KDD, ACL, ICML, NIPS, WWW, IJCAI, AAAI, TPAMI, TKDE, etc)
- Able to write code. While we appreciate the theoretical understanding, it is important that you are also able to write good code in languages such as C++/Java/Python/CUDA (i.e., not just Matlab).
