Responsibilities:

-          Monitor site progress and site coordination works

-          Liaise and coordination with clients, architects, consultants, sub-contractors to develop details

-          Documentation preparation to support project team

Requirements:

-          High diploma or above qualification in Architectural Study / Building Study / Construction Management / Project Management or equivalent;

-          3 years or above relevant experience in building / A&A / fit-out works;

-          Proficient in computer applications, e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD

-          Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

-          Excellent communication and site management skills

-          Able to work independently

Candidate with less experience and low qualification will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator
