A client is currently seeking an appropriate candidate to fulfill the following position:

Indoor Sales Representative / Telemarketing

(5-DAY WORK)

Responsibilities:

• Increase phone based revenue by making cold calls to potential customers to up-sell or generating new sales leads.
• Answer incoming enquiry, provide pre/after sales order follow-up and related sales order process
• Introduce and promote electronic products, component and devices including Surveillance Systems, IP-monitoring solutions, Public Address & Audio Systems, Professional Cabling Solutions etc.
• Support Marketing event and assist in product promotion when necessary.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above, university graduates preferred in Electronics, Engineering, Business or Technical Related Majors
• Excellent telephone manner, good command of Cantonese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
• Familiar with trading procedures
• Customer focused, hardworking, result oriented with positive attitude
• Willing to learn, proactive and have excellent courteous manner
• Good communication skills, self-motivated and pleasant character
• Fresh graduate with sound academic background will also be considered
