Our client is a leading E&M engineering group in Hong Kong.

To cope with the rapid expansion, they are now inviting high caliber candidates for the position of Sales Manager – Security and ELV solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the sales & marketing of security and ELV solutions
• Responsible for pre-sales activities such as customer visit, solution preparation and presentation
• Develop strong network with customers and expand customer base
• Responsible for tender estimation, preparation and submission 

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma  in Engineering or related discipline
• Min 5 years in sales/project management, with proven track records in security, ELV or building services solutions is preferable
• Good connections with E&M consultants, contractors, architects, interior designers and end-users
• Good communications and interpersonal skills and ability to establish relationship with customers at all levels
• Effective management and be a team player to work seamlessly with team members to meet sales goals
• Aggressive, positive thinking, high degree of self-motivation, reliable and result-oriented. 
• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English
