Our client, is an leading IT Infrastructure Provider, they are one of the largest and leading data center service providers in Hong Kong.

To cope with their rapid business expansion. They are now seeking for high caliber candidates to join their company.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee project management of data centre projects to ensure the projects are completed within the approved budget, time frame, quality standard as well as fulfilling local regulations
• Draft, manage and administer all procurement of design, construction, fitting out and renovation projects in order to resolve design-related issues in conjunction with vendors, operation team and consultants
• Oversee procurement process and evaluate recommendations by appointed project management company
• Too coordinate with various in-house departments and external consultants from inception to project completion and handling over to end users
• Ensure compliance of the relevant quality and safety standard / procedures and other statutory requirements

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines is preferred 
• Ample and relevant working experience, familiar with electrical and/or mechanical maintenance. Experience in Data Center design and construction will be an advantage
• Strong project management & communication skills and can work under pressure
• Knowledge of Hong Kong Environment Ordinance is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

* Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
