What will you do?

• Monitor and supervise in-house and outsourced day-to-day maintenance and repair works in our residential properties
• Monitor and record all aspects of maintenance programs as well as prepare relevant monthly reports, tender documents and contract administration
• Enforce safety for works carried out by direct labours, term workers and contractors
• Attend meetings with residents, developers, contractors and the Owners’ Committees to address technical enquiries and issues
• Perform ad hoc duty and attend emergency call out duty as assigned

Do you have a right profile?

• Holder of Higher Diploma/Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering/Building Surveying/ Building Technology/ Construction/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering/ Building Surveying/ Building Technologyon or other related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiencein Property & Facility Management field and/ or Engineering field
• Conversant with current regulations and statutory requirements in Hong Kong; with on-site experience is preferred
• Self-motivated with good co-ordination and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience may be considered for the post of Technical Services Officer.

*Candidates who are Registered Safety Officer/Safety Auditor/Class 3 Fire Service Installation Contractor are preferred.
