Position Summary:

Reporting to the Engineering Director, this position has to ensure high quality and reliable product design and development efficiently.  This is a great opportunity for the right candidates to work in a fast growing technologies innovator.

Responsibility:

• Oversee the Engineering Team in China
• New product development including feasibility study, design proposal, prototype making, design verification and validation.
• Be responsible for development process / project planning / project schedule / cost control / design for manufacturing.
• Communicate and liaise with both external and internal
• Supervise and manage engineering resource & job allocation.
• Handle multiple projects and work independently.
• Sustain engineering and continuous improvement responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronic engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years’ experience in consumer electronic product design & management.
• Experience in electronic medical devices’ product development is a plus.
• Good knowledge in ISO 14971, ISO 62304, IEC 60601, ISO 10993, FDA, GMP, ISO-13485, and their fundamental requirements.
• Excellent communication technique / team spirit; driving projects to happen on time.
• Work independently and under pressure.
• Good sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Excellent command in both English and Mandarin.
• Work in Shenzhen factory.
• Experience in Healthcare and medical device industry is a plus.
