Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Assist with budgeting and cost control
- Assist with tender procurement and contract administration in contractors
- Handle contractual related issues of foundation works
- Handle all pre and post contract quantity surveying works; Prepare variation measurement and submissions, following up variation assessment and assist in the settlement of final account
- Attend meetings and site inspections when required
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity surveying or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of site Q.S experience is required
- Well-organized and self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken in Chinese and English
- Able to work under pressure with proactive attitude
- Proficiency in PC knowledge, AutoCad, Microsoft Office & Project
- Immediate available is preferred
