Role & responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial and management reports, analysis, cash flow forecast as required.
• Oversee and manage the daily financial operations, taxation issues, budgeting and forecasting and group consolidations.  Ensure financial reports and data analysis produced are accurate and efficient.
• Support in the development of new initiative strategies, implement approved solutions and monitor roll-out, address planning gaps
• Ensure internal controls, procedures and reporting standards are in compliance with Group, statutory and tax regulations.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to the subsidiary business units.
• Liaise and maintain excellent relationships with auditors, legal and tax advisers.
• Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation and initiate enhancement as and when needed.

Ideal Candidates

• Degree holder or above in Accounting or related disciplines.  Qualified Certified Public Accountant with strong technical and financial accounting skills.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in audit and MNC environment, preferably in Big 4.
• Strong business acumen and high degree of work ethics.
• Demonstrate leadership quality with strong analytical skills and strategic mindset.
• Confident communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the business.  Independent, self-motivated, well organised and detail-oriented.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Computer literate with high proficient in the use of MS Excel.
