 ARE YOU WILLING TO?

• Work as a team to keep an eye on the Company’s accounts receivable, ensure debts are collected before due, review customer credit and handle customers’ enquiries.
• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures and ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and reports detailing accounts receivable status

 DO YOU HAVE?

• 1 year or above solid accounting experience in commercial or professional firm (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
• Diploma in Accounting or related discipline or equivalent
• Sound knowledge and experience in MS office application and accounting system or ERP system
• Good communication skills and Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
