Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide HR & Administration support
- Handle other clerical work and all administrative duties
- Prepare sales quotation/sales contract/delivery note/invoice/goods receipt note
- Data Input, prepare & file vouchers, Issue cheque payment
- Perform accounting duties including book ledger, Account Receivable / Account Payable
- Make the daily call for local customer for the outstanding invoices
Requirements:

School Certificate
- At least 2 years relevant working experience preferred
- Proficiency in computer skills, e.g. MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Independent, hard-working, have strong sense of responsibility, trustworthy and mature
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Immediately available is preferred
