Job Duties:
• Ensure all accounting transactions have been properly recorded and ensure that all month-ended and yearly-ended closing are completed accurately in timely manner.
• Supervise and perform the daily accounting operation including month-end closing, cash flow management & forecast, budgeting, accounts payable & receivable, P&L, etc.
• Prepare financial analysis
• Handle the company secretarial and related work for Hong Kong and offshore companies
• Assist in ad hoc projects

Job Requirement:
• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or relevant discipline
• Qualified Accountant (HKICPA or ACCA or equivalent)
• 3 to 5 years of working experience in accounting field. Big 4 background is highly preferred.
• Solid financial accounting and reporting experience
• Sound knowledge in investment field is an advantage
• Independent, mature, well-organized, and responsible
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accounting Officer
