JOB DUTY / RESPONSIBILITY                                                                                            

• Support the management for full set Accounting, financial functions and prepare weekly/monthly breakdowns (Bank Reconciliation, Cash Flow Forecast, etc)
• General accounting duties include daily accounting entries (Accounts payable: check invoice, issue cheques, etc; Accounts receivable: issue invoice and receipt, maintain aging report, etc; and all general entries)
• Provide all-round support in general HR affairs;
• Keep track of all HR records (leave, overtime, MPF etc)
• C&B administration support such as medical and other related HR services
• Payroll calculation including leave pay, bonus, compensation, reimbursement
• Office administration support
• Other ad hoc assignments required by the Management

QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENT                    

• Diploma holder in Accounting, Human Resources Management, Business Management or relevant discipline
• 1-3 years of full set accounting experience with HR knowledge preferably in educations
• Proficient in MS word, Excel with knowledge in accounting software preferred (MYOB and EAS金蝶)
• Team player with sense of responsibility, willing to learn
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Immediate availability is an advantage
