Key Responsibilities

• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
• Ensure AR claims, price and promotion discount set up in compliance with internal policy and control requirements
• Review Trade Expenditures supporting documents to ensure compliance with Company policy
• Ensure proper recording and application of cash, management of outstanding invoices and direct interfacing with customers on collection matters and dispute resolution
• Discuss with customers and sales team in checking and follow up claims dispute
• Support Management by providing timely and accurate AR aging review
• Support Auditor in conducting internal and external audits
• Assist in period end closing and prepare variance analysis
• Support AR Senior Accountant on related duties
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and system testing

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Finance and Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, AR/AP or finance environment
• Experience in accounting firm is an asset
• Knowledge of Hong Kong tax law, local and US GAA
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong learning capability and interpersonal skills
• Team player while able to work independently
• Possess system knowledge such as SAP
• High proficiency in MS office, eg. MS excel
• Immediately available or short notice is preferred
• 1-year contract
