Job Responsibilities:

• To identify and assess operational/business risks, recommend control measures to ensure adequate controls and procedures are in place
• Deliver control checking and surveillance program regularly, such as high risk transaction checking and etc.
• Review internal policies and procedures on a regular basis
• Consolidate risk assessment results and prepare report to management on a regular/ad hoc basis
• Review compliance of operating entities in accordance with related HKEx Listing Rules requirement including risk management and ESG reporting
• Optimize operating efficiency while balancing the effectiveness of decision making
• Ad hoc assignment from the management

Job Requirements:

• Degree holders in accounting, finance, business or related disciplines with a recognized accounting or internal auditing professional qualification
• With a minimum of 7 years' relevant experience, preferably in hospitality/ property development company with certain PRC exposures is an advantage
• Good knowledge of operation, system and internal controls, risk management, and audit of compliance functions
• Familiar with accounting, taxation, regulations and operations
• Understanding of global anti-corruption laws and regulations, including the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), United Kingdom Bribery Act and etc.
• Be proactive, self-motivated, responsible, well-organized, with strong analytical skills and be able to work independently in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing, Excel & Word
• Strong analytical and report writing skills
• Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Based in Hong Kong and willing to travel to PRC & overseas on occasional basis
