Job Description
Job duties:
- Daily accounting operation
- Handle AR, AP, GL and assist month end closing,
- Handle bank reconciliation and liaise with banks,
- Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules
- Assist to prepare monthly financial and management reports and analysis
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments and duties as required.
Job requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines or above
- 2 to 3 years accounting experience
- Responsible, willing to learn, detail minded and hardworking with ability to handle multi-task
- Good computer skills in MS Excel and accounting software
- Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin, both written and spoken
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and under pressure
- Immediate available is highly preferred
