We are looking to welcome an experienced talent to join Pirata Group!

Responsibilities

• Report to the CFO and lead the Account Receivable, Account Payable, and General Accounting Teams
• Ensure the team adapt the established system process and procedures required to process all accounting transaction properly and ensure that all weekly report, month-end closing are completed accurately, in timely manner
• Formulate accounting policies and streamline work procedures
• Ensure sound financial controls, policies and procedures are in place to meet our business environment in accordance with corporate requirement and comply fully with local statutory convention
• Supervise cash reconciliation, fixed asset counts, and stock take
• Lead, coach and develop the team to build the team core competence
• Lead the implementation of accounting software

Requirements

• Attain a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, pursuing the final stage of examination will also be considered.
• At least 8 years of accounting experience, prior experience in F&B or retail industry is preferred.
• Possess technical expertise and in depth knowledge in accounting, financial reporting, planning and internal control functions
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, analytical focused organization
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal, influencing as well as supervisory and management skills
• Familiar with accounting software such as Peachtree
• Strong communication skills in both English and Cantonese required
• Immediate available is preferable
