Job Duties:

• Handle full sets of accounts including AP/AR
• Monthly reconciliation between accounts.
• Timely preparation and submission of monthly financial accounts
• Prepare and oversee financial analysis, forecasting & budgeting exercise
• General Ledger,
• Coordinate preparation ofcash flow forecast
• Coordinate financial audit preparation & the audit process.
• Manage outstanding balances to ensure prompt payments
• Provide administrative support and duties as assigned
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties / tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Graduates with Certificate in Accounting/ Certificate in Business Studies/Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• University fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in MS office applications/Accounting software
• Mature & responsible.
• Fluent in English & Chinese
• Willing to work in multi-cultural environment.
