Job description：

1、全面負責公司人力資源部門的管理工作;2、修訂及完善本公司人力資源的方針、政策和制度； 3、組織公司人員招聘、錄用、考勤、離職等人事日常管理工作； 4、負責薪酬、員工保險、福利等的發放及管理； 5、負責制訂及完善員工的培訓計畫並組織落實； 6、負責制定公司的考核制度並組織落實； 7、完成公司上級領導臨時交辦的各項工作任務。

任職要求：

1、具有8年以上相關工作經驗， 有3年以管理工作經驗者優先考慮。 2、 本科及以上學歷，人力資源/行政/工商管理相關專業。 3、 具備較強的領導能力和管理能力，善於溝通，具備出色的組織協調能力。4、熟練的英文/中文的口語及寫作能力，熟練的普通話能力及可掌握公文寫作者優先考慮。
