Job Description
職責:
- 一般文書工作,包括文件存檔、資料輸入、複印等
- 處理辦公室雜務及外勤事務,包括文件送遞、銀行入帳等, 接聽電話
- 處理傳真及郵件
- 處理行政事務工作
- 辦公室支援工作
要求:
- 懂中英文電腦操作, 能夠熟練操作電腦及Microsoft Office辦公軟件，能夠熟練處理文書工作
- 兩年以上工作經驗者
- 兩年建築方面工作經驗(優先考慮)
- 中學畢業或以上程度，工作積極勤奮、有責任感
- 工作時間: 星期一至五 09:00至18:00，星期六 09:00 至 13:00 (長短週)
- 提供培訓機會可晉升為項目聯絡主任
- 沒工作經驗者會被考慮為辦公室助理
