Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to Director in all aspects including but not limited to documentations,memo writing, preparations of report,agenda & presentation materials, data collections & analysis, meeting arrangements and calendar management;
• Liaise, coordinate and follow up with both internal and external parties on day to day business operations;and
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines; 
• At least 3-4 years’relevant working experience;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing;
• Responsible, detail-minded, independent, well organized and able to work under pressure;
• Proactive, mature and positive thinking;
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills;
• Excellent command in written Chinese and English.
