Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist in executing marketing promotion projects and other system / website projects for Global Sources Exhibitions
Co-ordinate with other department to enhance and bug fixing for different system platform and online environment.
Data screening and prepare data lists for all marketing promotions - Print DM, eDM, SMS, Telemarketing and online data.
Maintain and update visitor data in Trade Show Visitor Database
Assist in all ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

Diploma holder (or above) with 2 years’ relevant marketing experience
Experienced in database management and analysis with skill of Access is highly preferred
A detail-minded team player who is able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Good command of English and Chinese
