Job Description

Duties:

1. Provide general office administrative support
2. Handle document processing: data entry, file sorting, internal file transfer and collection
3. Assist in reception duties: answering phone calls, greeting to guests, etc.
4. Responsible for outdoor works: bank-in, mailing, document/parcel collection and delivery,        etc.
5. Perform in hoc tasks as required

工作性質:

1. 處理一般辦公室日常雜務工作
2. 文書處理:資料輸入,檔案整理,內部文件傳遞及收集
3. 接待工作:接聽電話查詢,招待客人等
4. 外勤送遞工作:銀行入數,郵寄,文件/包裹收發等
5. 其他: 執行指派工作

 

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Certificate Holder or above
2. Good communication skill
3. Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel & Chinese typing)
4. Ready to take responsibility
5. Willing to learn

工作要求:

1. 大專以上學歷
2. 良好溝通技巧
3. 基本電腦操作(MS Word, Excel及中文打字)
4. 有責任心
5. 願意接受挑戰

 

Wages:

1. $12,000-14,000/month (Depending on experience)
2. Medical insurance
3. 10 days annual leave
4. Public holidays

薪酬福利 :

1. $12,000-14,000/月(視乎工作經驗而定)
2. 醫療保險
3. 10天年假
4. 銀行假期

 

Location: Yau Ma Tei
工作地點: 油麻地

Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9:30a.m. - 6:00p.m.
工作時間: 星期一至五,上午9:30至下午6:00
