Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the general office administrative duties
- Provide secretarial and administrative support
- Staff/company activities coordination
- Assist in any ad hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in HR/Administration Management or above
- At least 3 years secretarial or administration experience
- Self-motivated, cheerful, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel'
- IT knowledge preferrable
