Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls, greeting visitors and manage front desk in a professional manner
- Manage conference room arrangements, coordinate room maintenance, including equipment set up and beverage service
- Handling incoming and outgoing mailing, arrange courier and distribute letters
- Provide administrative services for general office and HR department
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualifications
- F.5 or above
Work Experience
- At least 1 year’s relevant working experience as receptionist or office administration
Required Competencies
- Experience working in international fashion brand is preferred
- Great communication skills, customer-oriented and detail-minded
- Mature, reliable, self-motivated with positive attitude
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
