Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming calls, greeting visitors and manage front desk in a professional manner
• Manage conference room arrangements, coordinate room maintenance, including equipment set up and beverage service
• Handling incoming and outgoing mailing, arrange courier and distribute letters
• Provide administrative services for general office and HR department
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualifications

•  F.5 or above

Work Experience

• At least 1 year’s relevant working experience as receptionist or office administration

Required Competencies 

• Experience working in international fashion brand is preferred
• Great communication skills, customer-oriented and detail-minded
• Mature, reliable, self-motivated with positive attitude
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
