- Degree / Higher diploma or  above  in  Mechanical  Engineering  or  Building  Studies  or  equivalent

- Minimum 15 years  solid  experience  in  facade  curtain  wall  field,  in which 5 years  in  project  design works   management  level

- Responsible  to  design  concept  detailing  and  develop  shopdrawings  of  curtain  wall,  aluminium  and  steel  works

- Strong technical knowledge for project design and product development

- Proficient  in  AutoCAD  and  skillful  in  related  PC  operations

- Fluency  in  both  spoken  &  written  Chinese  and  English,  Good  in  spoken  Putonghua  is  an  advantage

- Initiative,  self-motivated,  well-organized,  well-organized,  detail-minded,  creative,  independent,  responsible,  strong communication and leadership skills, able  to work  under  pressure  and  meet  deadline

- Candidate  with  less  qualification  and  experience  will  be  considered  as Senior Designer / Designer
