Job description

Manage order processing including invoice making and delivery arrangement
Perform clerical duties such as filing and record keeping
Stock and inventory management
Handle incoming calls and general inquiries
Ad-hoc project support

Job requirements

Higher diploma or above
Good communication skills
Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
PC literate (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.)
Immediately available is preferred
