Job Responsibilities:

• Work in cross-functional teams to manage different projects to hit milestones.
• Responsible for monitoring the timeline, scope, budget, and stakeholder communication to successfully deliver the projects
• Join Director of Special Projects in business negotiations
• Coordinate in new restaurant opening projects to ensure smooth opening
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage their expectations
• Provide full spectrum of professional secretarial and administrative support to the Director but not limited to preparing local & overseas itinerary, coordinating conferences and meetings, maintaining effective filing system, preparing organization charts
• Prepare reports and presentation materials in a professional manner

Requirements :

• Degree holder
• Well command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Good written & presentation skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
• Maintain the strictest confidentiality of the Management
• Ability to priority multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Willing to travel from time to time
