Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer service enquiries
  • Perform course enrollment and program administration
  • Promote teaching materials to parents
  • Handle all general administrative duties
  • Maintain good relations with parents and teachers
  • Take up ad-hoc tasks as required

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any discipline
  • Customer-oriented with excellent telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant personality, cheerful, polite and patient
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Familiar with MS Office and Chinese word processing

        **Fresh Graduates will also be considered**
