Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service enquiries
- Perform course enrollment and program administration
- Promote teaching materials to parents
- Handle all general administrative duties
- Maintain good relations with parents and teachers
- Take up ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any discipline
- Customer-oriented with excellent telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality, cheerful, polite and patient
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Familiar with MS Office and Chinese word processing
