Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial support to CEO, manage appointment invitations, plan and prioritize incoming and outgoing correspondences
• Compile and proofread documents from various Departments for quality submission to CEO
• Prepare reports, presentations and correspondences in an accurate and efficient manner
• Support CEO in external stakeholder engagement activities including meetings, event participations, project visits and other marketing collaborations
• Coordinate CEO’s field trips, arrange reimbursement of expenses

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ experience of supporting senior executives
• A problem solver with good analytical skills
• A team-player, detail-minded, and excellent communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Chinese typing is a must
• On renewable contract term
