工作職責:

1. 向董事長彙報工作，全面組織實施董事長的有關決議和規定

2. 配合董事長的要求確定公司的戰略目標，建立公司的經營管理體系並組織實施和改進，為經營管理體系運行提供足夠的資源

3.  負責公司組織結構的調整，主持公司的日常各項經營管理工作，組織實施公司年度經營計畫和投資方案

4. 建立和完善公司企業文化和經營理念，代表公司對外處理業務，開展公關活動，塑造良好企業形象

要求:

1. 55歲以下，房地產管理，經濟管理或工民建專業大學本科以上學歷

2. 房地產專案工程管理經驗五年以上，熟悉建築設計全過程和房地產開發的相關程式，熟悉建築行業規範及法規

3. 曾在房企擔任過3年副總以上重要崗位職務，獨立運作過2個以上大型房產開發項目
