SUMMARY

Responsible for assisting all aspects on store recruitment, on-boarding process and staff engagement events for Hong Kong.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support recruitment coordination
• Handle the recruitment and on-boarding process for store staff and temporary staff
• Maintain proper filing system and personnel record; ensure the information in p-file and Workdayis updated and accurate
• Initiate, plan and organize staff engagement events
• Support C&B daily operations and / or ad hoc projects
• Primary support of HR related systems for end users
• Prepare HR reports and statistics for management review
• Provide administrative support to the department
• Perform other duties and ad hoc project 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree holder in Human Resource Management or a related discipline with at least 3 years solid HR generalist experience ideally gained in a MNC or Retail Industry
• Knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations
• Possess good interpersonal capabilities and proactive attitude with team spirit
• Independent, good organization skills and problem solving skills with high HR integrity
• Analytical, detail-mindedwithstrong numerical sense
• Proficient in MS Office, advance knowledge in Excel
• Strong communication skill with good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
