Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle in a timely manner, which include but not limited to identify recruitment need, prepare job description, source talent via appropriate channels, arrange rounds of interview and offer proposal;
• Conduct market research related to recruitment, and maintain effective communication/ relationship with staff and candidates;
• Assist the head of human resources in preparing reports and survey for management review, headcount budgeting and planning.

Requirements:

• 5 years’ relevant experience, with 1 year experience in Retail or Beauty industry will be an advantage;
• Mature, responsible and good interpersonal skill;
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Recruitment Manager.
