Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily business operations, including trade processing, settlement and database management
• Monitor daily operations to ensure the workflow is smooth and stable
• Handle and closely follow up internal / external customer’s enquiries to achieve customer satisfaction
• Prepare regular reports and filings to Management
• To handle related ad-hoc projects assigned

  Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics or business related disciplines
• 1-3 years relevant experience in Financial institution with knowledge of FX and bullion Trading and Operation is preferred
• Patient, detail-minded and customer-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high proficiency
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Immediate available is advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome
