Our client is a large Chinese-based multinational electronic & TMT company which has been established over 20 years. The company has a wide presence globally and is also listed in HK Exchange. Along with their on-going development in telecommunications and multimedia, they are currently looking for a Strategic Investment / M&A Director who will be in charge of the company's strategic development. Candidates from corporate strategic investment, management consultant or PE background are welcome.

Job Description

• Develop investment strategy and execution plan which align with business goal
• Manage investment projects through all stages from sourcing, financial analysis, negotiation to close the deal
• Conduct target due diligence and coordinate with 3rd party organizations including lawyers, auditors, government and valuation company etc.
• Coordinate with other departments and report to Chairman directly
• 对目标领域和行业研究分析，系统梳理、挖掘潜在标的，判断标的的稀缺性
• 对标的的案头研究分析，判断标的价值及可行性 
• 对标的开展尽职调查，协调外部合作机构工作
• 项目法律文件主要条款的洽谈、协商和准备

Requirement

• Master Degree or equivalent in Finance, Econimics, Law or Management related discipline. Overseas returnee will be a plus
• At least 7 years of strategic investment experience in corporate or 5 years management consultant / PE / Investment experience ideally in TMT sector.
• Highly fluent in Mandarin and English
• Good analytical, logical and business sense; A good team player
• Business travel to headquarter to Shenzhen on a weekly basis
• Available to work in Hong Kong
• 全日制硕士研究生及同等学历，拥有金融、管理、财会、法律、经济类知识及相关背景的优先，拥有3年以上海外留学经历的优先
• 拥有7年以上大型企业集团投资管理或5年以上财务顾问/投资管理机构的工作经验。
• 较强投资、金融、财会、法律指示基础，熟悉主要投资分析工具与风险控制框架，具备金融、会计、法律职业资格的优先。
• 具备较强的市场敏感度和行业洞察力以及分析判断能力，善于独立思考；
• 具备较强的风险敏感度和鉴别力，善于通过机制设计减轻或规避风险；
• 具备良好的商务沟通及谈判能力，能够组织人员完成必要的工作协调；
• 具有良好的英文听、说、读、写能力，能够独立完成国外标的研究分析及沟通谈判工作。
