Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the shop day-to-day operations to maximize the operation efficiency to enhance the business development
- Manage staff performance, administration management, maintain exceptional customer service standard of our retail operation
- Cooperate with various departments to maintain a high standard of retail environment in terms of logistics arrangement, maintenance, shop display and IT technical matters
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience at management level, solid experience in Beauty Industry
- Strong in people management skills, planning, problem solving & time management
