Responsibilities

Responsible for creating the Building Information Models and providing advisory services to the Project Management team; 

Implement BIM technology on residential/Commercial projects; 

Maintain accurate data set in drawings, design specifications and project schedules; 

Facilitate better BIM applications in order to improve the communication, coordination, management of delivery time, cost and quality throughout the project cycles.

Requirements

Diploma or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Engineering or related disciplines

At least 3 years of relevant experience in BIM 3D modelling, preferably gained from a consultancy or property developer

Hands-on BIM software / applications experience

Strong analytical and problem solving skills 

Good command of English and Chinese
