Job Description

Duties

  • Give advices/ support on design and technical drawings prepared by consultant team
  • Coordinate consultant team to carry out project design, required government submissions/ applications, project implementation and project delivery
  • Manage projects' progress, coordinate and liaise with consultants & contractors to ensure the project effectiveness, design objectives and requirements will be achieved
  • Monitor the overall programme for design, submissions, contract procurement and construction stages
  • Report regularly to Client’s Management Team on the performance of the project and any variations to the scope of work and the agreed work plan
  • Prepare project construction schedule and site report on weekly basis
  • Expedite all shop drawings and approvals
  • Mentor and support project/ team staff to promote skills enhancement and professional development

 

The Requirement:

  • Degree or above in Architecture, Interior Design, Building Studies or relevent disciplines preferred
  • A minimum of 10 years working experiences in Architecture, Interior Design or related disciplines; experience in high-end hospitality project is highly preferred
  • Strong technical background with extensive management experience of multi-discipline design project to manage and deliver projects on time, to budget and specification
  • Strong in coordination and communication with various consultants (overseas and local) in project execution
  • Conversant with interior fit-out nature, A&A work and contractual documents
  • Task-oriented, possess good time management and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interior design sense on high-end hotels and awareness of trends
  •  Proficiency in AutoCAD, Powerpoint, MS Office and MS Project 
  •  Familiar with SketchUP, Photoshop is preferred  
  •  Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin  
  •  Frequent travel between Hong Kong and Macau  
  •  Immediate available preferred  

We offer 5 days per week, MPF, medical reimbursement and year-end double pay.
