Job Description
Job Duties
- Coordinate assigned projects by leveraging best practices in terms of time, cost and quality. Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost
- Ensure coordination of all activities during a project cycle through documentation of detailed project plans and material procurement, database management, dissemination of meeting minutes and developing a comprehensive workflow process
- Manage communication with various internal and external stakeholders throughout the proposal process and project implementation phase
- Measure project progress and performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management
- Take on other projects with internal departments and outside vendors and ensure timely completion of these projects
Job Requirements
- Degree holder or above
- 2-4 years related working experience
- Highly adaptable to changes and unprecedented challenges
- Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential
- Numerical oriented, with good analysis and problem solving skills
- Good spoken & written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Proficient in using MS Office

The potential of the secondary smartphone market is largely underestimated. However the major obstacle of selling secondary smartphones is the lack of transparency in pricing and globally-recognized industry standards for secondary phone quality.
