Job Description
An international, leading and one of the largest cosmetics business in the world is currently seeking to hire an experienced demand/inventory planning specialist to join their team in Hong Kong. You will play a crucial role in the team to perform budgeting, forecasting and analysis that supports major business decisions for the Board of Directors.
Key responsibilities of the Planning Executive include:
- Responsible for the monthly and quarterly forecasting process, analysis and reporting.
- Liaise with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure a continuous forecast and appropriate level of supply.
- Participate in and support meetings with updates in market trend, review of business strategies, proposal of new initiatives or action plans and identification of challenges or areas of improvement with the management team.
Key requirements include:
- Have a clear understanding of the cosmetics market
- Experienced in demand planning experience, and ideally with regional exposure.
- Able to work independently and be part of a high energy team
- Relevant degree holder
