Responsibilities:

• To work with printing team (apparel) and daily operation of the digital garment printer
• To assist in performing investigation to digital print file and print product quantities, as well as print qualities
• To monitor the production process according to the production plan
• To work with IT Team and perform daily office IT troubleshooting support
• To liaise with external service providers or vendors on hardware and software maintenance and IT solutions
• To maintain and update warehouse inventory records, prepare various documentation and reports
• To perform ad hoc projects as and when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, science, business, art, and design disciplines
• Familiar with Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, MS office, and Digital Garment Printing Machine (on job training will be provided)
• Experience in Windows Server, MS office and local network
• Good analytical, troubleshooting skills and positive working attitude
• Self-motivated, good communication skills & team player
• Good command of written / spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime
• Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
• Fresh graduates and good English will also be considered
