Job Description
A multi-national consumer goods group with an array of reputable brands is having the below vacancy:
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute brand building campaigns, customer lead generation programs and BTL promotion
- Lead the development of ATL communication, including TVC, print, social media and online marketing activities
- Analyze business trends and consumer insights to deliver brand sales and market share targets
- Monitor business results and campaigns effectiveness
- Work closely with promotional partners, suppliers, operations, advertising and media agencies on marketing initiatives and brand building initiatives
- Accountable for A&P budget control and sales analysis
Job Requirements:
- University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in brand or product management gained from FMCG or retail sectors
- Solid experience in brand building, brand positioning and ATL communication
- Strong experience in online and social media platforms is a MUST
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong leadership with excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated experiences in brand building and positioning
- Innovative, tenacious, self driven and passionate
