Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute brand building campaigns, customer lead generation programs and BTL promotion
• Lead the development of ATL communication, including TVC, print, social media and online marketing activities 
• Analyze business trends and consumer insights to deliver brand sales and market share targets
• Monitor business results and campaigns effectiveness
• Work closely with promotional partners, suppliers, operations, advertising and media agencies on marketing initiatives and brand building initiatives
• Accountable for A&P budget control and sales analysis

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in brand or product management gained from FMCG or retail sectors
• Solid experience in brand building, brand positioning and ATL communication
• Strong experience in online and social media platforms is a MUST
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Strong leadership with excellent communication and influencing skills
• Strategic thinker with demonstrated experiences in brand building and positioning
